Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and wigs, we do not accept
returns on any unit that has been opened, worn, or altered in any way
(including cutting, coloring, or bleaching).

UNOPENED & UNUSED UNITS
If your unit arrives unopened and in its original packaging, you may
request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Contact us at
orders@theivorysukundu.com with your order number before sending anything
back. Exchanges are limited to store credit or a swap for a different
length/density of equal or lesser value. Return shipping is the customer's
responsibility.

QUALITY ISSUES & DEFECTS
If you receive a unit with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24
hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after
24 hours, or without photo evidence, cannot be honored. Approved claims
will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE
— Shipping is non-refundable once an order has shipped.
— Lengths 26" and above are made to order and are final sale unless
  defective.
— Sale and promotional items are final sale.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before your unit has
shipped. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
